Desander Mas, president of SMLR, has more than 30 years experience providing communications skills and attitudinal awareness training to major organizations in both the private and public sector. A former National Training Manager for Sony Communications, Desander developed and implemented office product training in product, sales, and marketing for Sony’s office product dealer network in the U.S. From 1983 – 1994 Desander spent 10 years as Vice President in sales and product consulting, developing and implementing sales, product and service programs for GMAC, International Harvester, Warner Lambert, and many other Fortune 500 companies. Dean Freedman has more than 20 years of experience in videoconferencing and distance learning including being Director of New Technology for the Human Services Educational Network (EdNet). He has designed and implemented distance learning systems for City University of New York (CUNY), the Fire Department (FDNY), The Administration for Children's Services (ACS), the Human Resources Administration (HRA), and the Department for the Aging (DFTA).
